WHY THE HIPPOCRISY?
The configuration of some men totally changes while interacting with other women (of course other than their wives). I wonder why? I wonder how? It might be controversial and bitterly ugly for some men reading this. However, this is a very common dilemma of men.
He smiles at them, shows his concern. But as soon as he enters the house, with the wife waiting anxiously, some pathological process puts a crease on the forehead and a solemnity on the face. The heavy burden of the day and financial stresses somehow bow his shoulders down, so much so that he can’t look into the eyes of the wife who stands at the corner anticipating a word or two of empathy and concern. He takes his dinner; kiss the kids and goes straight to bed and ZZZ!
She, on the other hand, keeps combating like a fighter, placing everything in its right place and thinking. Did I leave my parents place for THIS? And this is the reason why they slowly direct their interest towards kids, house chores, shopping and other hobbies, to which the husbands frown and say
“she’s least concerned anyway”.
NO! She has adapted! Born with a nature with high plasticity and molding, she has camouflaged herself with the surroundings, to prevent your family from breaking up. So, instead of passing the limited amount of smiles you have, reserve it for your wife, so she can be your literal better half.
Remember! When you are ignoring her, you are teaching her to live without you.
