Story of Two Backbiter Ladies
There were two women in the life of Mohammad(P.B.U.H) and they fasted one day. It was very hot these days and their condition went very severe. They were almost dead so people went to the Prophet Mohammad(P.B.U.H) and told about the two ladies. Hazrat Mohammad (P.B.U.H) called them both, gave them a bowl and told to vomit in it. When they vomited, fresh pieces of meat and human blood were found. People were shocked to see that they had been fasting and the situation is understandable for them.
Mohammad (P.B.U.H) said:
“These women though fasted with halal (allowed to eat in Islam) goods for Allah but have been backbiting the people.”
People! Think about it that two ladies fasted but it became hard for them to maintain their fast that they became too hungry to die just because of backbiting. This was the period of Hazrat Mohammad and Allah has told us all and all the incoming generations that backbiting and sins eat our good deeds. It becomes very difficult for us to perform good deeds if we are addicted to bad deeds and backbiting.
Nowadays, many women use amulets for their kids and teens that don’t obey their parents, don’t offer prayers, don’t do what parents tell them and cause problems for their mothers. Such ladies should seek forgiveness for their sins and the pregnant young girls should avoid all such deeds that affect the new coming baby. If the mothers do something undue, it will impact the new baby so it’s suggested to avoid.
Another fact, the woman who has been backbitten is like the backbiter has eaten her flesh and meat. Even in Holy Quran,
Allah has declared backbiting like eaten flesh of his Muslim brothers.
Once Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) told few people to clean their teeth and remove meat particles, they said we have not even tasted meat today. The Prophet(P.B.U.H) said:
“The flesh of a certain person is stuck into your teeth as you have been talking on his back. We are not aware of it. May Allah save us all from such sins! “
If sometime a woman wants to talk behind someone, she should think about it how it would be to remove clothes of her dead brother and eat his flesh. Definitely it will be very unpleasant and talking behind someone’s back it worse than it.
